The stay at the hotel was fantastic! Public transportation (bus & metro) are available all the time and allow you to get to Downtown Chicago while having a nice view of the area, even when the hotel is not close to the city center. Lake Michigan is 2 minute walk away from the hotel. The area is surrounded by stores and restaurants. Facilities are super clean, breakfast is really good and staff is 100% friendly. Super recommended.

A good quality clean, efficient place to stay. It is probably some way from downtown but if you prefer quieter area then metro will take you there without much hassle. Its nice area with a nice little beach, yes a Lake Michigan beach only one street away - complete with a drinking water tap. There breakfast was very nice. It was not extensive but of very good quality and taste. A range of teas and coffee, hot chocolate is available in the lobby all the time. Staff were great, all of them. A lot of choice of shops not too far away.

The breakfast in the morning is outstanding as well! If you don’t have time to sit and eat, they make to go bags with water and fruit and either a bagel, or pastry! The rooftop is a must see! It will take your breath away looking out towards the city at night! I will definitely be returning!

Friendly staff, great location close to beach, Loyola, redline and express bus. Clean facilities, gym and breakfast included. We had a 12 day stay, it was nice that we could choose how often the room is serviced to reduce waste. Coffee and tea in the lobby is very nice to have.

Booking.com failed to confirm my reservation and I was almost stranded . It took a major effort by Claire at the front desk to find me a room with a shower I could use. I am handicapped and need an accessible showers. She was wonderful

This is my second stay here, I loved being on the top floor this time because my room was steps away from the ice machine, the fitness center (which also provides filtered water), and the outdoor terrace (where I can smoke). Breakfast is also quite lovely to wake up to. Thanks again for a high-quality experience!

Very clean, didn’t mind housekeeping was every other day because I could get fresh towels whenever I needed. Very good location - close to everything. The reception staff (all of them) were so incredibly helpful, professional and kind. Had a very lovely stay.

Excellent location (walking distance to Lake Michigan, Loyola Campus, attended wedding at Madonna del la Strada Chapel), rooftop accommodation (rehearsal wedding gathering, amazing views), breakfast, hospitality and staff (one e.g.honest staff returned item left behind in the room). Well operated, beautiful and comfortable.
